Aunt Ronda’s Persimmon Pudding!

Persimmon pudding
1 1/3 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
2 c. Flour
1 1/3 c. Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Butter
2 c. Persimmon pulp
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
cream butter and sugar ,add eggs , and persimmon add flour baking powder, cinnamon, salt,soda add vanilla,milk. Mix well. Pour into 9- 12 greased pan bake at 400 degrees for 40 min I metal. Or 350 degrees 40 min in glass.
