Cousin Diane’s Triple Melon Fruit Salad!

Ingredients
3 lb. seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 5 to 6 cups)
2 lb. cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 to 4 cups)
2 lb. honeydew melon, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 to 4 cups)
2 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 t tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice, plus more as needed
1 tbsp. granulated sugar, plus more as needed
Pinch kosher salt

Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix to combine. Taste and add more lime
juice or sugar as needed. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours before
serving.
Makes: 8 servings
