Cousin Cheri’s Secret Chili!

Serving Size: 4

– 2 1/2 pounds Ground Chuck
– 12 cloves garlic, pressed

– 1 pound onion, finely chopped

– 1 tablespoon peanut oil

– 2 tablespoons cumin

– 2 ounces Dark Chili Powder

– 2 ounces light chili powder

– 3 teaspoons salt

– 2 quarts canned tomatoes

– 2 quarts water


Brown the ground beef adding garlic and onions when almost done. Add chili powder first following remaining ingredients. Simmer 30-45 mins. Add 2 tablespoons of flower or masa ca to thicken if desired.
