Rose’s Salsa

9-10 large ripe tomatoes (peeled & chopped)
3 large onions (diced)
2 green peppers (diced)

Place in large Dutch oven

add: 1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne powder

Amount depends on desired heat
mild – medium – suicide (HA! HA!)

Cook slowly – simmer 3 to 4 hours

Bottle and enjoy!
