Tea Tree Oil – 10 to 12 drops — tea tree oil is a powerful antibacterial and anti-fungal agent that works well for treating acne. Studies show that it works just as well as many of the chemical compounds found in over the counter acne creams. You can find tea tree oil at any health food store.

Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoons — lemon juice kills bacteria and helps your skin to have the fresh new look and tightens the skin too.

Raw Potato Juice (optional) – 2 tablespoons — potato juice is a good all natural anti-inflammatory that is soothes away irritation. Use a juicer to make potato juice.

Apple Cider Vinegar – 4 tablespoons — apple cider vinegar kills bacteria and will help with oily skin.

Honey – 2 tablespoons – Honey is an all natural antibacterial agent.

Cucumber – 2 inches – Cucumber is alkaline and works well for soothing the skin and for opening pores.

Oatmeal Powder – 3/4 cup — take oatmeal and grind it up in a good blender or you can buy oatmeal powder at your local health food store. Oatmeal has been used forever for soothing irritated skin, burns, allergic reactions… and healing inflammation and redness.

Water – Enough water to make a paste.

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and slowly add enough water to make it into a fine paste. Then put the paste in a plastic container with a tight fitting lid and keep it in the frig for up to a week… use as needed.

Now apply a small amount of the paste to your face, leaving it on for 10 to 15 minutes… then wash it off with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
