PUT IN PAN OR LG FRYEN PAN ADD VIRGIN OLIVE OIL TO LITELY COVER BOTTOM OF PAN PUT CABBAGE IN AN ONIONS CHOPPED ADD IN . AN GREEN BELL PEPPER AN GARLIC ALL IN PAN SEASONING COVER WITH LID AN COOK ON MED, HEAT TO MED,HIGH …LET IT COOK TILL CABBAGE HALF DONE . THEN ADD SUGAR LET COOK FOR 15MIN,S THEN ADD 2 1/2 CUPS OF WATER … FROM THE TIME U START COOKING ALWAYS STIR EVERY SO OFTEN BUT AFTER U ADD WATER COVER AN LET COOK TILL DONE ON MED, HIGH FOR TAKES 30 TO 35 MIN,S THEN DONE AN IS GOOD TO SERVE WITH ANY KIND OF MEAT .
