Cousin Melissa’s Hillbilly Goulash!

History of the recipe: Created by myself and my husband 14 years ago when we had gotten our first place together, we were making what we had because .. well we were BROKE lol. Best recipe we’ve ever created together in our desperate need to eat although our pocketbooks were empty. =) This is 110% OUR recipe from the Smith Family. Enjoy!

1lb. Ground Beef
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 can Whole Kernel Corn (or use fresh or frozen corn it tastes so much better!)
4 potatoes, cubed (medium sized)
1 cup of shredded cheese(we use WAY more than that, but I am a cheese loving freak) of your choice.

Directions: Peel and cube the taters, if you are not a food artist just chop them into bite sized pieces.
Put the Taters and the Ground Beef into a pot to fry it all up together.
When it is almost done(Taters are soft) Add the beans and corn.
Wait about 10-15 minutes sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
