A Healthier Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

1 pork loin, seasoned
large hamburger buns

Assorted Condiments:

vine ripened tomatoes
pickles
onions
lettuce
mayonnaise
mustard
catsup

This is a healthier version of the Iowa tenderloin sandwich. This sandwich is grilled, as opposed to breading and deep frying.
Using a seasoned pork loin (store bought or marinate yourself) cut into 1 1/2 – 2 inch rounds and pound flat with a meat pounder. I like to use wax paper over the pork as I’m pounding it out to prevent splattering.

Grill over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
